1. Membership & Access

Varsie's Private Lounge is a members-only establishment. Access to the lounge and its facilities is restricted to approved members and their registered guests. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the membership committee and may be revoked at any time without obligation to provide reason.

Membership is non-transferable. Members may not lend, sell, or otherwise transfer their membership privileges to any third party.

2. Application Process

Submission of a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by the membership committee. Applicants will be contacted within 5–7 business days of submission. The committee reserves the right to request additional information before making a decision.

3. Member Conduct

Members and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values and atmosphere of Varsie's Private Lounge. The following are not permitted on the premises:

• Disruptive, offensive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other members
• Photography or recording of other guests without their explicit consent
• Solicitation of any kind on the premises
• Any behaviour that, in the judgement of management, compromises the comfort or safety of others

Varsie's Private Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave the premises at any time.

4. Dress Code

Smart attire is required at all times. Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone whose appearance is deemed inconsistent with the standards of the lounge.

5. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations for private rooms or events must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a confirmed reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Varsie's Private Lounge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations in exceptional circumstances.

6. Privacy

Information provided during the membership application process is held in strict confidence and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. The lounge operates a strict privacy policy — the presence of members on the premises is not disclosed to outside parties.

By submitting an application, you consent to Varsie's Private Lounge contacting you regarding your application and, if accepted, your membership.

7. Liability

Varsie's Private Lounge accepts no liability for the loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises. Members and guests attend at their own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of membership following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Varsie's Private Lounge operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
